🛠️ Quick Start Workflow (Step-by-Step)

  1. License Activation: Enter your Account Email and License Key in the activation overlay when prompted to activate the extension.
  2. Search & Scrape: Enter the Business Type (e.g., Mosque, Restaurant) and Location in the search panel, then click Search. The system will start fetching listings.
  3. Cloud Database Upload: Leads are automatically sent to your remote database on successful extraction, or you can click ☁ Sync to Server inside your CRM workspace.
  4. Qualify & Pin: Pin high-priority prospects using the pin button on their card. They will instantly highlight and move to the top of your list.
  5. Contact via WhatsApp: Click the phone number to call, or click the WhatsApp button to initiate a direct chat session.
  6. Update Status: Select the call status (New, Contacted, Interested, Not Interested, or Converted) directly on the lead card.

📊 Sorting Hierarchy & Hide/Show Rules

  • Not Interested Leads: Leads marked as 'Not Interested' are automatically hidden from the main view to keep your list clean. You can display them by selecting 'Not Interested' in the status filter dropdown.
  • Converted Leads: Move closed deals to 'Converted' status. The system will automatically push them to the footer (bottom of the list) to keep your focus on active leads.
  • Status Sorting Order: Leads are organized in the following priority hierarchy:
    1. Pinned Leads (Always at the top) ➔ 2. New Leads ➔ 3. Interested Leads ➔ 4. Contacted Leads ➔ 5. Converted (Bottom of the list)

✏️ Redirected Edit System (Seamless Editing)

Click the edit (✏️) button on any card to update its details. The system will automatically open the 'Manual Leads' tab and pre-fill the form. Click 'Update Lead Details' to save and return to your CRM list.

💾 Data Backup & Export (CSV / JSON)

You can export your CRM data to spreadsheet format by clicking 'Export CSV'. Use 'Backup JSON' to download your database, and 'Import JSON' to restore your data on any device, which will also auto-upload them to your database cloud server.

🔄 How to Update Extension to New Version (Easy Steps)

If you see an Update Required block message on your screen, follow these simple steps to update:

  1. Download ZIP: Click the 'Download Update' button on the lock screen to download the latest extension ZIP file (`xova_clisf_v6.0.2.zip`).
  2. Extract & Replace: Extract the new ZIP file and replace/overwrite the files in your existing extension folder on your computer.
  3. Reload in Chrome: Open the chrome://extensions/ page in your Chrome browser and click the Reload (🔄) icon on the Xova CLISF extension card.
  4. No Data Loss: Loading the new update will not delete your saved database or activation details. Everything is kept safe!
